This 22-year-old female came to the office interested in breast augmentation.  Like many young females, she wanted larger breasts so that she could have more clothing options and leave the padded bras behind.  After in office sizing with actual implants, she selected saline implants to be placed in a submuscular plane via an endoscopic transaxillary or armpit incision.  This technique allows for placement of either saline or silicone implants without making an incision on the breast.  She was thrilled with the results.  Her incision went on to heal into a nearly imperceptible scar hidden in a crease of her armpit.  She no longer needs padded bras and looks stunning in her clothes.
