This 33 year old gentleman came to see Dr. McLain for his expertise in rhinoplasty.  He was unhappy with prominent show of his nostrils.  After an in depth consultation, Dr. McLain recommended columellar reduction (the skin between the nostrils) as well as composite ear grafts to treat his retracted nostrils (alae).  The proposed surgery was performed under light general anesthesia.  After a very quick recovery, without any external incisions on the nose, the patient quickly returned to his normal daily activities and was very pleased with his wonderful results.
