This is a 14 year old girl who was unhappy with the prominence of her ears, especially when wearing her hair up.  She underwent otoplasty (ear shaping) with Dr. McLainthat involved removing some overgrown ear cartilage and reshaping cartilage as well.  After a brief recovery, she now has the confidence to wear her hair anyway she pleases.
