Teenagers

While cosmetic surgery is not common amongst teenagers, there are good reasons for considering surgery at this age. Rhinoplasty is the most common teen surgery. It is performed after the nose reaches its full adult size. For girls, this is usually at 14 or 15, and 17 for boys. Male breast reduction is another popular choice for teenagers, as well as otoplasty to correct prominent ears for both boys and girls. 

The 20s

Far and away, breast augmentation is the most popular cosmetic procedure among women in their twenties. Nose reshaping – rhinoplasty is another surgery that is popular for women in their twenties.

The 30s

While Botox and fillers are popular among all age groups, the thirties are a big year for Botox. This is a time during which you begin to notice lines and wrinkles are developing. Though the signs are generally minor at this age, early treatment goes a long way in slowing down the visible aging process.

Many women in their thirties who are finished having children will opt for a Mommy Makeover. Breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift surgery are all very popular in this age group.

The 40s and 50s

55+

By far, the most popular procedure after one reaches 55, and thereafter, is the facelift. The forehead lift is a close second. These procedures tighten sagging skin and muscle for a much more youthful appearance. BOTOX and fillers may also be used in conjunction with these procedures to give you that younger look.
