Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos

This 29 year old female underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants, placed sub muscularly with a small breast crease incision.  Dr. McLain used a sepcialized insertion technique that allows placement with a smaller incision and without touching the implant.  She is now 9 months postop and loves her new appearance and the soft feel of her implants.
