This 23 year old law student sought Dr. McLain’s expertise in transaxillary breast augmentation.  She was interested in a modest augmentation and wanted to keep the scars off her breasts.  Her postoperative course was short and with minimal pain that was well controlled with typical pain medication.   She is delighted with her subtle but enhanced look.
