2 Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) Before and After Photos

This 33 year old female presented to Dr.McLain complaining about “bags” under her eyes.  During her consultation she was offered dermal filler treatment or the more definitive lower blepharoplasty/eyelid tuck.  She decided for the surgical option and underwent a lower blepharoplasty done with internal incisions and fat grafting to the tear trough regions.  She recovered in about 1 week with minimal pain and loves her refreshed appearance.
