This 22 year old female came to McLain Surgical Arts, referred by a friend who Dr. McLain had operated on.  She desired larger breasts with improved symmetry.  During her consultation with Dr. McLain she was able to try different size implants to get a feel for the amount of augmentation that fit her physique.  She eventually opted for saline implants which were placed submuscularly throough a small incision in the breast crease.  The left implant was filled 25cc larger than the right one to correct her preoperative size difference.  After a brief recovery with minimal discomfort, she now enjoys improved symmetry as well as fuller, more youthful appearing breasts.
