This attractive 38 year old female came to McLain Surgical Arts seeking correction of “bags under her eyes.”  Per Dr. McLain’s recommendation, she decided to have a lower eyelid tuck or blepharoplasty.  This procedure involves removal of excess fat under the eye and transfer of fat to the cheek and tear trough followed by skin resurfacing to tighten the lower lid skin.  The results can be very dramatic and rejuvenating.
