This 16 year old female was sent to Dr. McLain by her orthodontist, who recommended orthognathic surgery to correct her dento-facial deformity.  She underwent surgery of both the upper and lower jaws and went home from the hospital the next day.  After 7 months postoperatively, her orthodontic treatment was completed and she now enjoys significantly improved facial balance and esthetics.
