OGS Orthognathic surgery Before and After Photos

This 16 year old female underwent combined orthodontics and orthognathic surgery (jaw repositioning surgery) with Dr. McLain to correct her facial asymmetry and abnormal bite.  The surgery involved anterior repositioning of the maxilla and an asymmetric setback of the mandible.
