Revision R Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos

This 48 year old female had her original breast augmentation done by another surgeon in 2003 and was originally very happy, however she noted that the R implant became malpositioned too low and lateral, especially when lying flat.  After a consultation with Dr. Landon McLain, she decided to have the implants replaced with slightly larger implants and have her R breast implant lifted with an internal suturing technique called a capsulorrhaphy.  Her breasts are now slightly larger, symmetric and do not fall into her armpits when lying flat.
